Nationwide Delivery:

• We delivers flowers across the Philippines, operating 7 days a week in Metro Manila and 6 days a week outside Metro Manila.

Delivery Times:

• Metro Manila: Same-day delivery is possible if you order before 1:00 PM (Philippine time). Orders received after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day unless a specific delivery date is specified. Note: No same-day or next-day delivery during peak seasons.
• Provinces: Order before 12:00 noon (Philippine time) for guaranteed next-day delivery. Otherwise, delivery will occur after 1 day. No deliveries on Sundays. Same as Metro Manila, no next-day delivery during peak seasons without a specified date.

Substitution Policy:

• To ensure timely delivery, substitutions may be made. We guarantee the utmost care to make substitutions as similar as possible to the requested item, maintaining theme and value.

Delivery Time Commitment:

• No specific delivery time is committed. Delivery will be anytime within the day if ordered before the cut-off time.

Hospital Deliveries:

• Confirm the recipient's hospital stay before scheduling delivery.

Delivery to Far Provinces:

• For provincial delivery, if the address is far from our courier office or is not covered, the recipient must pick up the item. Shipping charges apply.

Disclaimer:
